AquaVita Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale experienced tremendous success upon launching sales, selling out within eight months before opening late in 2015. With residents settled, let’s take a tour of Ocean Land Investments’ first Aqua-branded boutique development, which features 20 luxury residences ranging in size from 2,321 to 5,889 square feet, with interiors by De Armas Interiors.

 

 Each unit has a private boat slip and building amenities include a 65-foot heated saltwater pool, private cabanas, and 24-hour fitness center. Another OLI project, AquaVue, launched sales in January. AquaVita is below.

One Fort Lauderdale beach hotel wants to give teachers a break while giving back to our local schools.

B Ocean Resort has brought back its Summer Teacher Promotion for Broward and Miami-Dade County Public School teachers, with exclusive room rates starting at $99 per night. For comparison, regular room rates average $239 per night during the summer.

The iconic oceanfront hotel, which used to be The Yankee Clipper, offers two outdoor pools, a fitness center, an AVEDA spa suite, plus the Wreck Bar with its longstanding mermaid show.
